Currently we accept: All major Mastercard and Visa cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip Pay


When you have reached the payment method screen, Afterpay and Zip Pay will come up as options to pick from, choose the desired form of payment and follow the on screen steps. You will need to have an active Afterpay or Zip Pay account before being able to submit an order.

A lot of the garments on the Imprint Merch website are Print On Demand. Print On Demand mean's that each shirt is print to order using a digital printing process. The Print On Demand process is different from the traditional screen printing process and the final print results will be high quality but look different from what you might be used to seeing with a screen printed garment.


Pre-Orders run for a period of time and end on specific date before the items are manufactured and shipped out, make sure to always check when a pre-order ends before placing your order as we can never ship before the pre-order end date.

**Please note: if you purchased additional items in the same order as a pre-order item, your entire order will be put on hold until the pre-order item is ready to ship.


On the check-out screen, you will see Discount Code text box, simply add your code and click Apply.

Yes we ship to most international countries. Prices of shipping from Australia to your country might be higher than what you are used to seeing, This is out of our control as the third-party shipping supplier dictates the price. All international shipments can take 10+ business days from when the product is packed.


Due to current social restrictions, Imprint Merch is closed for shop pick-ups.


Most all of the products on our store have the type of garment it’s printed on listed in the Product Description. The most common brands we stock are Gildan and As Colour in a variety of styles and colours.
