After a long process, Marathon and Broken Hive Records are excited to present their debut LP, Cure to audiences. Combining a signature guttural fury and emotional depth, Marathon's brand of chaotic hardcore metal has been enhanced on Cure from previous releases and sees the band more focused and visceral that ever.

Recorded between April and July 2013 at Sun Distortion in sunny Brisbane, Produced by Chris Brownbill (Shackles, Machina Genova, Nuclear Summer), Mixed at Capital Games by James Balderstone and Chris Brownbill and finally mastered by Kyle Saff (Rise And Fall). 12 tracks ranging from angular speed to crawling dirge, Cure is an opus of creative energy.
